Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed?
To ensure efficient processing, we're unable to modify orders once they're submitted. You're welcome to place a new order for any additional items.
Which shipping carriers do you use?

How long will my order take to process before shipping?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your package ships.
What's your free shipping policy?
We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $99. For orders under this amount, a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.90 applies.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
We can update your shipping address if requested before your order ships. For PayPal orders, we must ship to your verified PayPal address for security reasons.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customized items cannot be returned.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We'll quickly arrange a solution, whether it's a replacement, exchange, or refund.
