Order Processing & Timeline

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and preparation before your item ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 18:00 (GMT-8, Pacific Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may also view your shipping information by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options to the contiguous United States.

Standard Shipping:

Delivery within 8-13 business days after shipment.

Orders totaling $99 or more after discounts qualify for FREE shipping.

Orders under $99 will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $19.99.

Please note that the estimated delivery time is a guideline and not a guarantee, as transit times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs inspections.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to such an error, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
