1. Return & Exchange Overview

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original saleable condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return Window: We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of your receipt of the order.

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Notification: Once you have shipped the return, please inform us of the tracking number within the 14-day return window.

2. Return Conditions & Coverage

We handle returns based on the reason for the return to ensure fairness.

Full Coverage (We cover the costs):
We offer a full refund (including any original shipping fees) and cover the return shipping cost if you receive an item that is:

  • Incorrect (does not match your order).

  • Damaged or broken upon arrival.

  • Materially defective or of poor quality.

Limited Coverage (Customer covers the costs):
Exchanges or refunds for the following reasons are subject to customer-paid return shipping, and any original "Free Shipping" cost will be deducted from the refund amount:

  • Choosing an incorrect size (please check our size charts carefully).

  • Minor color variations due to monitor settings or lighting.

  • Change of mind or personal preference.

Not Covered:
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or bespoke items, as they are created uniquely for you.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged due to misuse, or are not in their original condition.

  • Packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and further instructions upon approval.

  3. Ship Your Return: Securely package the item and ship it to the provided address. Please retain the return tracking number.

  4. Processing Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Items: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once the shipment process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled and must be processed as a return upon receipt.

  • Customized Items: As these are made-to-order, cancellations for customized items are not accepted once production has begun, and they are not eligible for return.

After we process your refund, please allow your bank or payment provider (e.g., PayPal, credit card company) 7 business days to post the funds to your account. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us.
